How can I get my courses in the database? Click here to contact us. Inclusion in the database is free for the first 40 subscribers, so get your courses to us now. Courses can be input from source documents in Quark, Pagemaker, InDesign or MS Word. Text and tab delimited extracts from Student Information Systems can also be accepted.

What does it cost? SmartCatalog is building a self-sustaining resource to serve higher education long into the future. Inclusion in the database is free to the first 40 subscribers, and until March 2007 there will be no fee for searching the database. Future subscription fees will reasonable and based on annual or one-time usage.  Institutions will be able to choose from “seat licenses” or one-time login fees.

How is SmartCatalog different from other online course resources? There is no hook. SmartCatalog does not require that you purchase equivilancy management software or any other services from the firm. The course database seeks to be a stand-alone resource serving all of higher education.
