ECON 401 Advanced Topics in Microeconomics (3)
Staff. Prerequisites: ECON 301 and MATH 121. An exposition of modern microeconomic theory using calculus. Topics include theory of consumer choice, production, competitive and imperfectly competitive markets, markets with public goods or externalities, general equilibrium, decision making under uncertainty, and markets with private information. Additional topics may be included.
