HISU 359 War and National Policy in United States History, 1898 to the Recent Past (3)
Staff. Focusing on the years from 1898 to the recent past, this course examines United States policies leading to the involvement in war, wartime strategic decisions, and the allocation of national resources. Particular attention is also given to the role of leaders in making critical decisions, the impact of war upon domestic affairs, and the organization of American military forces.
