PSYC 641 Seminar in Group Dynamics (3)

Staff. Prerequisite: PSYC 343. A seminar on the psychology of small groups, including such topics as socialization, conformity, cohesion, decision-making, problem-solving, productivity, leadership, power, conflict, inter-group relationships, and individual change through group participation. Each student will carry out a project in a group in which they are a participant or observer. Discussion, exercises and student presentations.
