An introduction to the application of law to the sports industry. Topics include tort negligence, safety and debilitating injuries in football, sport violence, antitrust and labor law in professional sports, and sports agents. The Constitution is studied in its application of equal opportunity employment practices in sport management, drug testing of athletes, and the civil rights of
student athletes.
