NURS297C Nursing Seminar Clinical - 2 CR

This capstone experience assists the student to successfully make the transition from student to novice professional nurse. The student will be able to effectively coordinate and manage nursing care for a group of clients from a diverse population, using the framework of the ANA Standards of Care and the Michigan Public Health Code to develop professional nursing skills. NURS297/NURS297C are the final courses in the Associate Degree Nursing program. A $75.00 HESI Exit Exam fee is charged in this course. Note: NURS297 requires one hour of lecture per week. NURS297C requires 90 hours of clinical for the semester. A grade of C or better is required to pass this course successfully. *Component Co-requisites: NURS297 and NURS297C
