PHYS100 Applied Physics - 2 CR

This course introduces the basic physical principles relating to particle motion, transfer of energy, energy fields and waves, rotational motion, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, material properties, and relativity. Students will apply these principles to physical systems in the virtual or physical laboratory setting. PHYS100Y is a 3 credit combined lecture/lab class offered on-line. Co-requisite: PHYS100L. Prerequisite: MATH120
