This course examines the primary managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling within public safety organizations of the post-9/11 era. Aspects unique to the public sector, such as intergovernmental relations and political administration, are addressed. Students gain expertise in allocating and managing the human, financial, and technology resources of a public safety organization. Prerequisite(s): FINC211, MGMT211
