CLAS 309 Law and Society in Ancient Rome (3)

Prof. Kehoe. This course investigates the social and cultural values of the Roman world by studying Roman private law. The course also examines the development of Roman courts in the empire and the influence of Roman law on modern legal systems. Same as HISA 304.
