Prof. Flowers. An introduction to the basic facts concerning the physical environment: landforms, climates, vegetation and soils, followed by a comprehensive survey of the relationship between the physical environment and human activity in the major geographic regions of the world. The geography of Louisiana is considered in its relation to the region. Recommended to students working for Louisiana certification in elementary education. Lectures.
